India's Jhulan Goswami becomes first women cricketer to take 200 ODI wickets


The blues truly had a great day on Wednesday as the Indian Men and Women left behind some memories during their clash against South Africa.

India's veteran pacer Jhulan Goswami, playing her 166th ODI became the first women cricketer to take 200 ODI wickets by dismissing South African opener Laura Wolvaardt. According to the records, Kapil Dev too became the first to take 200 ODI wickets in his 166th match in the men's side.

Meanwhile, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli scored 160 (not out) taking India to 303/6 against South Africa. This was Kohli’s 34th ODI century and praises kept pouring in for the captain for his successful knock.
